By using the ID card generator, you agree that:
- The generated card is a satirical novelty item for entertainment only
- You will NOT present the card as a valid identity document to any person, authority, or institution
- You will NOT use the card to deceive, misrepresent, or impersonate yourself or any other person
- You are solely responsible for how you use the generated card
- Using the card fraudulently is a criminal offence under Sections 420, 468, and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, and you bear full legal responsibility for any such misuse
- You are above 18 years of age, or using this service with parental consent
3. Physical PVC Card Orders
If you order a physical PVC card through this website:
- You acknowledge it is a novelty merchandise item only — not a valid ID document
- You will not present it as valid identification to any authority
- Refunds are available only if the card is printed incorrectly or damaged in transit — raise a complaint within 7 days of delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates — we are not liable for courier delays
- We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear intended for fraudulent use
4. Premium Digital Products
Payments for premium card variants are processed by Razorpay and are subject to their terms. All sales are final. Refunds will be considered only in case of technical failure where the product was not delivered.
5. User Conduct
You agree NOT to use this website to:
- Commit any act that is illegal under Indian law
- Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group
- Spread misinformation or false news
- Impersonate any person or entity

If you upload a photo to the ID card generator:
- You confirm you own the rights to the photo or have permission to use it
- You confirm the photo does not violate anyone's privacy or rights
- The photo is processed entirely in your browser and is never uploaded to or stored on our servers
- Do not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent
